No, we believe that we should retain customers by making them happy. We do not want to lock you into a contract.

It is totally up to you, if you want to tidy up you can. If not then we will do our best to make tidy up the room and get stuff out of the way. However, you may not know where we put everything, so you may want to take care of essential items such as remote controls, eye glasses, etc.

We price by the room. Different techs are able to accomplish the same job in different amounts of time — depending on their experience and organization. We do not believe the customer should be charged more because we are slow, but we also do not believe our employees should be short-changed because they are very efficient and get the job done in a shorter amount of time. All prices are flat rate and dependent upon the number of rooms we are cleaning. This way you do not have to stress out about how fast or slow your team is going.

If you are not happy, we are not happy. If you are not satisfied with our job give me a call we will try to come back out the same day, or the following to do a re-clean. If you are still not happy, we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
